Japanese Pokémon Movie DVD questions

I wanted to get the Japanese versions of the Pokémon films on DVD.
I just have a few questions before I do:

1) How does the image quality compare to the American releases?

2) Are they presented in their original aspect ratio? [16:9]

3) Are they Interlaced or Progressive?

4) Single or Dual Layer?

5) Do any of them include the English dub and/or subtitles?

6) Are they 2.0 or 5.1?

7) How much am I looking at for shipping?

8) Does anyone have any further information regarding the two "Pikachu the Movie Box" boxsets?
