You know that if you use Lugia. Then. You're playing ubers. Right?

Not sure about Lugia. For Entei. I use Sub / CM / F-thrower / HP Electric. Usually.

yes, I know and this is mostly because I fight nothing but super Uber( specifically mewtwo and rayquaza.) other wise I would totally be asking about scyther, houndoom, and arcainine.

Lugia's moveset depends on what it's role will be (staller, attacker, etc) Attacker would be CM/Recover/IB/(Psychic/Whirlwind). Staller is usually Rest/SleepTalk/Toxic/Whirlwind
