Johto starters in XD

could anybody give me a FAQ about getting the Johto startes on XD?

I already played mt. battle from 1 till 100 without quitting, but nothing happened...

you have to play the mt.battle in vs mode i think not the one in the game itself.

This is for Pokemon XD... you mustn't use the computer or quit during a chalenge... you can save that is...

I also believe you can't change your Pokemon during this. So, you need to start with a group of 6, and use that same 6 all the way through the 100 battles.

I also BELIEVE? are these speculations or did you experience this yourself?

Just keep the same team the whole way through and don't quit. Do all 100 battles this way and then you'll receive the Pokemon. If you change your team or leave, you don't get it. You also don't get the ribbon for winning. You can save, however, so it doesn't all have to be in one sitting.

thats wierd...same thing happened 2 me. TWICE!! i also didnt get the rite amount of pokecoupons either, but thats another story....

Using Lugia/Ho-oh/Mewtwo etc. results in getting 15% less coupons than normal (one at a time).

Only 2 conditions are required to get the Johto starters from Mt. Battle in XD:
1) Challenge from trainer 1 to 100 consecutively without leaving or using the Abra warping
2) Do not change any member of your team during the challenge. And as a word of advice, don't access the PCs during your challenge, you might have moved your team around somehow without knowing

You do not need to have a free space, and you may save and resume at any point via the start menu.

Make sure you DON'T save in the break houses. There is some glitch where the guy won't let you go on and you have to do it over, but only if you save in the rest house.

Say you save before the last battle, then you win it and get the starter, is it possible to restart to make sure you get the correct nature, gender and IVs for the starters?

Yeah I think it's possible. I've seen people say that they're resetting for a nature that they want.
