What I really like about your drawing, it's that the body looks very proportionate, seriously, it's a lot of work (for me anyways) not to make someone too long or too short. Now, the face needs a little bit of some work, try looking at some other drawings from others and try to look for guidance in there. It's preety good for a Sketch though, Keep it up.
