Okay. My old Jolteon got eaten by Colloseum when I was trading, so now I have to raise a new one. So I was thinking this:

Jolteon
Timid Nature
252 Spd, 252 Sp.Atk, 6 HP
-Thunderbolt
-Bite
-Baton Pass
-Substitute

I've just bred a timid one with a flawless Spd, so it's already better then my last one!

No HP please.

i dont think the EVs are good but i am not good at making up EV spreads.

If you don't have any stat boosting attack on Jolteon then don't bother giving it baton pass.

I would give it agility instead of substitute, since that would give it a stat boost to pass, and my Jolteon has that same set, but with agility. If you still want to have substitute, replace bite with agility. But then, ground types would own you if Joteon was your last pokemon...

Oh, nice job at getting a Jolteon with flawless speed and a good nature!
