Do they up your stats the same as leveling up? Or is it like rare candies which give you worse stats?

What?! I've never heard of Joy Seeds before. Where can I find me some? I seriously need to level up before I face Groudon for the first time. Do you have to finish the game first, or is it possible to obtain some during the main story?

joy seeds level you up,it doesnt do anything bad to ur stats,because there are no EV's so nothing bad will happen

If you dont cheat for items they can be found in some of the more advanced dungeons but are rare and after the main storyline the kecleon brothers will sometimes sell them for 3000 poke.

And because evs dont exist in MD they will give you the same stats as if you leveled up normally. ;123;
