does any1 know the wm code for unlocking the mission to get the sky blue plains friend area? i really wanna go to joyous tower. it'll be my first 99F dungeon...

side note: i've beaten rayquaza and recuited latios and latias. i have access to the fiery field but still haven't gotten to entei.

You don't need to have Blue Sky Plains unlocked, Joyous tower will be available when you beat Rayquaza the first time.
