Lana drew the short straw in my ideal set up but then again her sisters could find Steenee adorable. Maybe Lana and Shiron because they're both quiet so would be nice but then Sophocles gets Steenee.

Gee, I hope Steenee gets a personality here.

Hey that's pretty cool that they're swapping Pokémon, I know someone in this thread speculated on that (good call). Well, Pikachu spending the day with Lillie should be interesting, because of more fear development for Lillie obviously, and I'm sure by the end of this episode Lillie will be holding Pikachu hehe. Can't wait to see who gets which Pokémon though.

Team Rocket will show up in this episode - Pikachu is away from Ash so it's an easy target for them. This will spur Lillie into protecting Pikachu and subsequently she'll be OK with Pikachu at the end of the episode.

Ah, so I guessed right. Lille and Pikachu. But the concept of others swapping Pokémon never occurred to me, so this is pretty interesting.

Kiawe & Steenee (Steenee could help Kiawe as much as she helps out Mallow)
Sophocles & Turtonator (Both are heavy and could do some exercise)
Mallow & Togedemaru (Both are hyper and energetic; can get well together)

It's good to see different classmates take control of other Pokémon for a change. I believe all others will feel comfortable as they have spent time with each other and other members of the main cast for quite a while.

Well given that this season always tries to find ways to make sure Ash is always involved in idiotic situations, the pokemon that he would be looking after would be something that attacks him. So that either leaves Togedemaru or most likely Shiron.

My point though is that the slapstick isn't limited to Ash, Lillie has been on the receiving end as well.

Lillie getting the spotlight is usually nice (too bad the dub gives her such an awful voice), but characters swapping pokes is a hoot unto itself!
