It seems on my ruby, saphire, and emrald whenever i catch kyorge its nature is always timid or quite, its really wierd and i know all 3 games can be screwed, does anyone else notice this?

everytime ive had a kyogre its always been timid or hardy but i dont know if mines naffed either

i think timid and quiet are preprogramed natures because kyorge looks just like a timid thing lol. A nature matching a pokemons looks? i dont know

Remember kids, it IS possible to soft reset for another nature.

It's random,just by luck.Any pokemon can have any nature.Once a caught a quiet Gyarados.

well i also have a timid kyogre on both my emerald and my sapphire, weird.

I was trying to get a Modest Kyogre for a long time, and after 1 hour, I got one. I caught it with a NetBall, i think it is the best ball to catch Kyogre except Masterball.

I think it is random when looking for natures.

WRONG! For some reason pokeballs are the best ball to use on kyorge and grouden, i caught my kyorge in 1 minute of nothing but throwing pokeballs(it was at full health) and i caught my groundon in 2 minutes of nothing but throwing pokeballs (it was at full health)

My first two Kyogres were Timid. Strange...

Also I noticed how in LG I caught almost 100 Heracrosses. I got 5 Jolly ones in a row but no Adaments at all.

It doesn't have to be adamant at all.
I had to soft reset like 400 times to get a modest kyogre with good Ivs.

quiet is a really good nature for a water pokemon
special attack raises quickly speed slow that is the only deffect

timid speed quickly special defence slow

Its all random...I caught an Adamant Pikachu once..bred it and got like 3 Adamant Pichu's in a row :/

My Kyogre on Sapphire(which I have no more because it was stolen) had a Quirky nature. My one on Emerald has a Brave nature. I did notice that all three of my Rayquaza's have a Serious nature though. Maybe legendaries have a greater chance of getting a certain nature or something. I highly doubt that though.
