I was wondering that if the menu, after you click on POKEMON and see the little sprites that keep moving violently, if you have a shiny does it show the shiny color? or does it just show their regular color?, Thanks!

I believe it shows their normal color. There was no difference between the sprites in the boxes when I checked with my Shiny Linoone.

Shining pokémon have normal smiles. It would be better to identify, but I think it isn´t a emergency thing to do.
