I have a copy of Pokemon Silver virsion for a pretty long time, And finished the game.
But the problem is that the characters in the game talk crap...
nothing of the things they say make sense, (Example: RADIO uuu.)
Even the attacks names are different.(Example: Dra *Which means headbutt*)
Samething goes with the names of the towns.
Anyway, In the town with the pink haired gym leader(the one with the Pokemon Miltank)
I'm just wondering, What is the underground place suppous to be?
The place with few shops and trainers
It is connected to a chamber with bottons which is connected to the mall.

Anyone here is good enough to explain to me exactly what it Is the it suppous to be?=P(both, The underground place with shops and trainers and the chamber with bottons)
(The reason I don't know what is it suppous to be is because nothing in the game I have is written correctly, like i said earlier...Im repeating this just in case)

No, I'm not lying
it was a COPY of the original game, That's why they talk crap.
They either say random letters or nothing at all.

I'm pretty sure there's nothing special there that happens story-wise, but on different days of the week, different people appear there for shops. You can also find the Coin Case there, which will allow you to win coins at the Game Corner.

You need to go down there to get into floor 2 of the Department store, where the Director of the Radio Tower was tied up. That's the only story-wise thing there. You can also get a Coin Case, bitter healing food and haircuts to make your pokemon happy.
