1) How do you swich a pokemons moves?
2)For the newer mew trick, is it the gambler nearest lavender or nearest safferon?

To switch a Pokemon's moves, press select for the move you want to switch, then press select again for the move you want to switch to.

For the Mew Trick, it's the gambler nearest Saffron.
 
I know nothing about the newer Mew trick, but I know for a fact that the old one works.

Yes, but you can only do it while in a battle IIRC, just do the above when you're selecting the Pokemon's move.

Isn't the Mew Trick with the gambler the older one? 'Cause I thought the newer one involved catching an Abra and using teleport...
