I just joined the wide world of Mystery Dungeon (red), and am proud to announce that:

I am a male Cubone named "Turner"!
And my partner is a Charmander named "Kindle"!


^.^ I'm not very far along in the game yet though, not very far at all... in fact, I've just discovered the post office.

So.. uh.. What are you? What is your partner? And... any advice for a new player?... Also.. how many times did you (restart to) take the personality test?

I beat Rayquaza today, and now I have a Sceptile and a Blatoise. I also turned Platinum Rank today (it's all in my signature).

I'm a Level 36 Sceptile named Dorian. My partner is my Level 37 Blastoise named Tenshi, and I my third team member is my Level 32 Absol, Kurina. I got Treecko on my first try (cause I practiced the questions online a lot till I got Treecko most of the time). It was pretty surprising. ^^;

You'll find the game very fun. I'm still playing it like I'm on ninja missions. xD God, I love that game so much. And plus, it's worthwhile while waiting for Diamond and Pearl in America. ^_^;

XD I restarted like.. a million times... Not because I wanted a particular pokemon (surprising from my avitar, yeah?) - but rather because... My roomate got to my game before I did to see what pokemon she'd be, and I found it interesting that the questions were different every time, and wanted to see what all of them were!

I mean...

"A hand suddenly comes out of the toilet! What do you do?"
A. Run and Scream
B. Close the lid without a word
C. Shake it

I only stopped restarting after I restarted like.. 20 times and didn't get any new questions.

So now I have a squrtle. But I really wanted charmander.

I retook the quiz about 3 or 4 times just to get Eevee. xD

Obviously, i'm an Eevee named Presea, and my partner is a Totodile named Torr.
I recruited a Ledyba, but uh...nevermind. >_>
I'm level...19, and Torr is level 22. I don't understand why he levels up faster than me. D:

You'd be surprised at some...

When I first started with the test, I was just rapidly trying out, for I did try a bit at the original Japanese version. Suffice to say, not being able to read japanese was a bad thing. But I did know then you could choose Pikachu. :3 So when I had the English version, I tried for about thirty minutes before I finally got a Pikachu. And before it, I actually landed on Totodile and Meowth the most. O.O; Others I got were Charmander, Torchic, Cyndaquil, Machop, Squirtle, Treeko, Skitty and even a Psyduck once. -_-;

So now I have a Level 39 Pikachu named Lucifer, and a Level 37 Sceptile named Leon. I'm currently my Carvahana (called Carve) to evolve into a Sharpedo, but mostly I use Zaber the Absol (Level 36). I haven't recruited any legends as of yet, but I'm trying. ><; I've also recently started a new game, and got a Cubone after thirteen tries. Also named Lucifer, he's currently at Level 12 along with his Pika partner, Azeon. ^^;

Advice? Well, all I can tell you is that to act wisely, don't rush into the dungeon so brazenly, make sure you train yourself and your parthner well, and finally stock up on five Apples and Oran Berries each time before entering a duengon. Oh, and deposit your unwanted items and Pokes in their respicted places. ><;

I was a sqirtle on my 2 try, my first was a mudkip. My partner is torchic but after rayquaza I stopped using him. My team is squirtle(me) marshtomp and shelgon. I trained my pokemon alot before entering any dungeon. They're not as hard a they seem. My shelgons around 40 as my other good pokemon are. Oh another suggestion, DON'T GET TOO ATACHED TO WEAK POKEMON. They suck and no one likes a rescue team of ledyba yanma and squirtle. They just don't.
