I know that you can trade from japanese version games to english version. But can you trade from a japanese version Fire red to a english version XD because I am going to buy a japanese emerald to get a celebi from pokepark than trade it back to my english versions

As far as I know, you cannot trade between an English and a Japanese game, so no.

And I don't know where you got the idea that you could. O__o
