That's the muzzle, which is a little longer than I usually draw her I can see how you find it to be somewhat awkward.

I fixed the face hopefully.

I really don't mean to counter you, but...
Anime art doesn't have to be confined to one thing constantly. I wanted more individual style in it.
The left ear has hair covering the base of it, so it's less dark.
Perspective applies the length of the arms and shoulders, so one arm is behind her and one is in front. The elevated shoulder is for the peace sign (I sometimes use myself as a reference for poses).

I don't know what's wrong with the chest, I may not see it, but the "K" is supposed to arch around her boob a bit to be anatomically correct.

Again, I apologize, I do not mean to counter your critique... but there are soem things I wanted to point out.

I can't critique well 'cause DA won't load the full view. >_> The only thing I can point out is that the eye on our left is a little more tilted than the other one. The coloring is really pretty, though; she has a nice character design. :3

No, I'm joking. But she is rather blank expression-wise and her eyes are on different angles, makes it look like someone hit one side of her head with and over-sized mallet.
