kadabra or gardevoir?

i have a kadabra (brave lvl 46) and a ralts (hardy lvl 14) which one should i use for the 13374? (mods if this goes in the rmt forum could you move it?)

Use gardevoir and go talk to the devon president. he gives you one when you deliver the letter to steven.

A Brave Kadabra? Train the Ralts. Hardy is a balanced nature anyway. Better than a frail, slower than average Kadabra.

Use Garedvoir. It is much better than Kadabra especially since Kadabra is Brave

It means that they mixed records with another game where the Trainer had a Secret Base and a team of six Gardevoir or a team of six Blissey. That base is now on their game and they can visit it once a day to fight a computer-controlled version of the trainer they mixed records with and receive a goodly amount of experience for the battle.
