Why is Mega Garchomp confirmed for XY002? We didn't see any Mega Garchomp.

Um... you have marked MegaBlaziken and MegaGarchomp because you know they would debut in those episodes. I think we know when the starters will debut, the first episode, so why not mark them, too?

I'll just stick this for now, but I'd advice against making any definite conclusions about what debuts where yet. We still don't know which episodes any of the scenes we've seen so far are from (well, the ones showing Satoshi exiting the plane are obviously from episode 1, but...)

Well Mega Evolutions were mentioned during the scene where Garchomp was shown in the preview, it does have a Mega Evolution, it was mentioned on Bulbapedia and if MegaBlaziken can be shown in the first 2 episodes, then i figured Mega Garchomp could. In any case, I'll just hide it for now.

Yes, I have now added them. I was going through the list of Pokemon in the order that they were announced on a bulbapedia page and then I was planning on adding them at the end, but by the time I got to the end, I forgot.

Yeah, it's best if we stick to what we know for now. It's also highly likely Dedenne will make its debut in XY004.

Btw, what do we count as a debut? Does it count if a new Pokémon appears in the background?

Because the first two previews were excludively from the first two episodes, i can confirm these appearances now. The Pokemon could debut earlier than expected.

aAnd not only that, Pokemon debuted in the short doesn't count in the possibility of appearing in the anime. My "username" has to be in the list.

Yes, but I will add that if there's no proof soon to the contrary.

Yes, that counts, but I don't think fantasy's, flashbacks or photo's should count as like with BW, the Pokemon that debuted through those methods appeared again later in a present physical appearance.

I think Sylveon has technically debuted and I do not think it should be categorised it in the movie lists.

Well Meowstic is definitity showing up in in the early episodes, both genders too. A Male one in the background, and the female one that smiles.

I feel like the first episode is likely since it's Ash running around "Lumiose City" being amazed.

It was in the very background of one of the scenes, it was merely a black/blue blob resembling Meowstic (I think Ditto, Jigglypuff and some other past generation Pokemon were in the scene as well). Bulbapedia had the picture as one of the episode pictures for the first episode I believe until they removed it

However even though it was a male Meowstic, it could've been an animation error, or even possibly something they changed.

Female Meowstic clearly gets more prominent role.

Aw man, I was considering putting a similar topic up as well. This time though, it'd be cool if we could keep the Pokemon listed and just pinpoint their debut episode/title.

It might be a tad too early as well, since we don't know the entire Kalos PokeDex just yet. But that's just me.
