Ok well I just got a copy of Hair-Strung Koto and here's my brainstorm:

Creatures:
2x Sosuke
2x Sachi
2x Seshiro
4x Sakura-Tribe Elder

Non-Creature Spells:
4x Heartbeat of Spring
4x Hair-Strung Koto
4x Orochi Hatchery
4x Time of Need
4x Kodama's Reach
4x Seed the Land
4x Sosuke's Summons
2x Endless Swarm

Land:
1x Okina, Temple to the Grandfathers
19x Forest

The idea is to swarm and then use the tokens to mill as well as attack

Powerful deck with lots of potential, but be wary of one word.
Enchantments.

Simply be taking out Seshiro with Humility or Humble, then following up with either Echoing Nightmares and/or Truth, your entire game would be ruined faster than it takes for Memnarch to build one Myr.

I suggest you take out your Sachis, because Tokens depend on their numbers to fight, and instead replacing her with some powerful backup attackers or spells just in case, and Hair Strung Koto, unless you REALLY want to deck out your opponent, in which case I suggest a card like Tower of Murmurs, which despite costing eight mana to use, can easily destroy an opponent.

You might also consider a Masumaro, First to Live, seeing as how after placing down Endless Swarm, you are pretty much stuck with a seven card hand anyway.

Well Sachi gives my snakes +0/+1 and taps for mana. Plus its a Kamigawa block deck so there isn't alot of cards in Kami worth running other than these. The endless swarms are there in case my Hatcheries all get taken out as they aren't the greatest way to bring out tokens.

You make a strong argument for Sachi, even though I really do not see the difference for Token creatures whether they get an extra 0/1 or not. Therefore, you win. Sachi stays.
I guess too much mana means maximum power for upkeeping four hatcheries then.
However, if that's the case you might consider dumping the Kotos for more Shamans.
(Don't see how you brainstormed this cool deck after getting the Kotos.)

Oh I've been playing snake swarm since champion's came out but have been playing spirits and conclave recently so when i got a koto i decided to work towards a deck that could both swarm and mill ^_^

Ok, highly annoyed at this board now... I have to repost this.

While the deck itself is admirable, it has one crucial flaw-- generally by the time you could mill your opponent with the koto, you should have already won off the swarm. As such, I'll try to keep your strategy intact, but I'll help with the swarm part.
First of all, Seed the Land really is terrible and can do the opposite of what you want it to do, so I reccomend losing all four. Next, you don't really have enough snakes to take advantage of four Sosuke Summons, but four really is tech so that stays. To help with swarming, I reccomend 2-3 Konda's Banner as it's in block and basically adds another +2/+2 to your army of snakes. After that, I'd say 2 Orochi Eggwatcher as minute token engines, and a much needed boost for the swarm. Another Seshiro or two couldn't hurt, so one more should do there. I also suggest using a couple of Lure to help with the win.
So, this is what I've got:
-4 Seed the Land
-1 Orochi Hatchery (it's an alright card, but you've got plenty of other engines so three is enough)
-1 Hair-Strung Koto (you don't need four if it's just a backup plan)
-1 Heartbeat of Spring

+3 Konda's Banner
+2 Orochi Eggwatcher
+2 Lure

Right there I couldn't figure out what would be a good ditch for another Seshiro or two, but more of them really would help too.

Well I still need to buy some more Koto's so will add the others to my shopping list. To be honest milling is just a nice option for if I hit a Blazing Archon...cause although I prefer to play block my oponents aren't so restrained and are playing whatever the hell they want. I tried eggwatchers in my original swarm deck and they didn't actually help. Admitidly I will be playing this as a swarm deck but I value the look on my oponents face when i point out i can mill him as well. Advice appreciated Kaizer....as for the seshiro i may just run two more anyway as this is a casual deck so 60 cards isn't as important
