anyone with common sense knows that return > dizzy punch, and that reversl can´t be pulled off without endure/sub + salac berry

Endrevving won't even get started if your modified Kangaskhan suggestion is still holding a Choice Band.

Kagaskhan is a great pokemon!
its so versatile and much of a utility
it can CB, Reversal, Subpunch, Yawnpunch(nb), and good old resttalk
remeber when using CB khan make sure to take advantage of its STAB Fakeout, its helpfull for reversal pokes or ninjask

no sir! if you're going to rest you better have the defences for it!
no need for EQ when the average steel can't setup and you can probly outstall them. Free Focuspunches with slptalk can be great too if you decide to plot it against the slower pokes, but watchout for ghosts! =)

Dizzy Punch is nice for novelty means, plus can confuse

in-game it won't really matter whether you use punch or return tbh

Meh, I don't like sleep talk on kanga. It has early bird which makes sleep taking faster. I rather use rest in a natural cure kind of way.

Yeah, but DemonScythe's point is that if you Rest, you need more defenses to do that.
