Kanto: Rediscovered. It begins now.

Let me just say a few things befor we start. You must PM me before you catch any pokemon. Sign ups are still open so dont be shy. I dont want to see anyone controlling anyone elses charactor without permission.


Lets begin

"Wow, this place is amazing" Daniel thought as he looked in to the rainbow falls. "I think this will be one journey i wont forget, but first im going to explore this lake" he said as he whipped on a pair of swim sorts and a snorkle kit given to him by the instructor. He took a deep breath a dived in. "Wow, this water is pretty warm.There must be some sort of under water spring" he though as he swam deep into the water. "I bet some pretty rare pokemon live in here too. Hopefully, i will meet some.

Daniel finally decided to explore the lake just a little more so he reach the surface and swam towards his clothes. "Where is it" he said as he checked every pocket, not missing one. "Here it is" he said as he pulled out a beutifully crafted hand made pokeball engraved with the name "Dotaitos" with a little leaf and ground sign merged together. "Go" shouted Daniel as he threw the ball to the bank of the small lake. A large, heavy Dotaitos appeared on the bank of the river. "Dotaitos" it cried raising its head in the air. "Dotaitos, climb in to the water, i need your help with the exploring" Daniel asked the what appeared to be a rather tired and grumpy Dotaitos.
"Awww c'mon, the waters fine" said Daniel in an attempt to lure him to the water. Dotaitos walked slowly towards the edge, finally dipping one of its toes in the water. It instanly raised it straight out and walked towards Daniels bag where it pulled out a tent given to them at the beginning of the journey. "Oh, i get it, your tired" Daniel said as he climbed out of the water. "I'll fix up the tent then we can rest"

"Thanks I'll see you later!" Jacob said as he waved, the trainer waved back before taking off into the skies on his Flygon, Jacob reached into his pockets and pulled out two pokeballs "Go Frost and Petal!" he said, throwing the balls into the air, two beams erupted from them and took the forms of Leafia and Glacia. "Leafia" "Glacia" they barked with joy, Jacob smiled "Come on lets go explore the ruins of Fuschia!"

Petal ran on head as she always did, Frost stayed by Jacob, who gasped in awe at the ruins of Fuschia, most of the buildings had been destoryed but a few still stood, almost everything was covered by plant life. "It's hard to believe this place was a triwing city..." Jacob said, Frost nodded in agreement, Petal emerged from one of the buildings, her tail wagging "Leafi" she barked, "You found something?" Jacob asked, it nodded and ran back inside, Jacob and Frost followed

" This place is so beautiful." Drew said taking in a breath of the fresh, clean air. He then looked over at Blade who was shocked at the beauty of the new kanto.

" Well, we better get on our way, if we are to make it to the ruins of pallet town buy sundown." He said pulling out his compass and checking for north.
He was blown away be the reading on it. " What the?" The compass was spining in all sorts of diretions.

" This is just to werid."

"Ahh fresh air, clean water, and a great new area to explore"said Alexa excitedly

"Yeah"said Mystic her Espeon

"Umbreon"shouted Midnight

"Midnight likes it here too"translated Mystic

"Well there's lots to explore let's go"said Alexa as she hauled out a map of old Kanto and a compass."Weird it keeps spinning. Maybe there are some electric pokemon nearby."

She put the map and compass away into her backpack. She ran off to the nearby river. Mystic stayed right beside Alexa. Midnight did for a couple of minutes but she soon jolted off ahead of them.

"Mystic could you stop your sister?"asked Alexa

Mystic's eyes went blue as she used psychic. She tripped up Midnight making her fall on her face. She stayed there until Alexa and Mystic caught up.

"Don't run ahead of me or I'll use the ball."she said knowing neither of her pokemon liked there pokeballs.

Alexa sat down so she could take a break. She started searching through her bag for a bottle. She filled it up and poured some into some dishes she brought for her pokemon. They tried it and there eyes lit up.

"This is the best water I've ever had"exclaimed Mystic

"Umbre Umbreon!"replied Umbreon agreeing.

Alexa tried some aswell. Her eyes lit up just like her pokemons. She took out some more bottles to have some later. She put them back into her backpack and took out her sketchbook.

There were some pokemon drinking from the stream. She started to draw them. Seeing something like that was very rare for her. She sat down and continued drawing.

 

[Skeith]

Jacob gasped as he and frost enetred the building. Everything was covered with moss and plantlife, *no wonder petal liked it* Jacob finally spotted petal. She was over by a machine, sniffing the flowers that grew out of it. Jacob examined the machine, it was one of the old devices used to heal pokemon in there pokeballs, *I wonder if it still works* Jacob switched it on and the machine didn't work, *rats* Jacob banged the machine, a purple rat pokemon jumped out the machine, causing Jacob to jump back in shock, "rattata" it squeaked as it ran out the door, Jacob stared at it *that must be one of the kanto pokemon* he grined and ran after it.

 

[Xinkc]

"Wow, the map I have must be old. It says that I should be at Cinnabar Island but I'm at the end of a peninsula." Xinkc thought as he was flying on his shiny Charizard, Ragnarok. Right below him was the ruins of Cinnabar Island at the end of a HUGE peninsula that looked like it went all the way to the western outskirts of Fuschia City.

"Ragnarok, land near that stream over there." Xinkc ordered his loyal Charizard while pointing towards a stream northeast of the ruins. After landing at a next to the stream, Xinkc set up camp and Ragnarok started a campfire. While setting up camp, Xinkc noticed that there were many poison and water types in the area.

"We've had a long journey Ragnarok, you deserve a rest. Go lie down and sleep while I get us something to eat." Xinkc said, thinking how grateful he was for having such a great Pokemon. After a few minutes of searching for food, Xinkc found a Pecha berry bush near the stream. As he was picking the berries, he noticed that there where Totodile were playing near the stream...and that one of them had Dark Blue skin with the spikes on the back being Black!

"I might try to catch that unique little Johto starter after Ragnarok has had some rest." Xinkc thought, "That's if I can find it again." With his discovery of that Totodile with unique pigmentations Xinkc became more excited to find out what other types and different colors of Pokemon there are in Kanto now.

"So this is the wonderful Kanto I've been hearing about? Johto looks way better than this place. Well, I might as well just look around." Harlem looks around for a bit.

"Hmm..." Harlem said to himself. Then he gets a call on his pokegear.

"Harlem, what are you doing! Your supposed to be here helping us!" Harlem's sister Carly shouted angrily.

"I thought I told you idiots I was going to Kanto a few weeks ago. Maybe you should pay attention to people sometimes instead of acting like a complete retard." Harlem said infuriated.

"Whatever....anyways, don't be there long we'll need your help here soon." Harlem's other sister Jordan said calmly.

"Fine...I'll just be here for a while then I'll be home soon." Harlem replied, sort of annoyed.

"You better." Harlem's third sister Miranda said.

"Ok, ok, just go already." Harlem cried.

"Alrighty, bye now!" Miranda, Carly, and Jordan said at the same time, and then they hung up.

"Finally..." Harlem said. "Now time to go explore Kanto!" Harlem walked down a path on a new journey to find out the mysteries and secrets of the renowned Kanto region.

" Ehh! This compass is busted." He said walking over to the river. Drew took out a bottle and filled it with water. " Wow, This water is so clean and fresh." He said after taking a drink.

"Sceptile, scep!" Blade cryed.

" Oh, right. We better get going." He said as he called blade over and began to walk into the forest. A couple mintes later Drew coulded go any furter, The whole path was covered in vines.

" Blade? Do you think that you could use your leaf blade on this vines?"

" Scep!" He replyed as he started to slice and dice through.

" Alright lets ceep goinggggg!!!!!" Drew yelled as he fell through the forest floor. " Uh, what the heck happed? Ow! I think i landed on a rock." But it wasn't a rock. Drew helded the rock up to the light only to see that it was a human skull!

" AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHH!!!!!" He yelled.

"What the heck was that?"questioned Alexa

"How would we know?"replied Mystic

"Well let's just go see what it is"said Alexa

She put away her sketchbook and ran off in the direction of the scream. She went through a few vines most were already cut. She soon made it to where the scream came from. There was a guy there holding up a human skull.

"Wuss"she muttered

 

[Xinkc]

Xinkc had finished eating and was waiting on Ragnarok to finish its' food so they can find those Totodile again. When he heard the flaming belch of the Charizard he knew it finished.

Xinkc and Ragnarok went towards the stream to see if the Totodile were still there. "Drats!! They're gone." Xinkc thought angrily. "Let's go down the stream a little and see if we can find those Totodile." he told Ragnarok as he started walking down the river. He soon found more than he had bargained for after a few minutes of walking. There were dozens of Totodile in the area!!! "Woah!! Look at all of them!" Xinkc exclaimed while looking at his equally excited Pokemon.

“Round one of them off with a Flamethrower.” Xinkc ordered. Ragnarok obeyed the order and soon one of the Totodile was separated from the rest. It was bigger than most of the others which had ran away after seeing the wall of flames.

The Totodile seemed ready to fight when it saw Ragnarok. In less than a second, it fired a Water Gun straight towards Ragnarok and hit it squarely in the stomach. The enraged Charizard started beating its wings without an order, creating strong gusts of wind, and making Xinkc angry.

“Stop.” Xinkc ordered, disappointed with Ragnarok’s impulsive reaction. Right when Xinkc ordered Ragnarok to stop, it was hit with an Ice Fang right on the leg. Xinkc was getting really impatient with this fight and wanted it ended now.

“Shake of that mongrel and use Dragon Claw!” yelled Xinkc, who was starting to lose his cool. Ragnarok vigorously shook of the Totodile which landed a few yards away, then it flew into the air and came swooping down for a devastating Dragon claw that almost completely fainted the Totodile which was barely holding on to consciousness.

Then Xinkc threw an Ultra Ball at the Totodile which absorbed it. It shaked once...twice...three times and Xinkc heard the “Ping” that meant that the Pokemon was caught. He picked up the ball and let out his newly acquired Totodile and asked it “I think I’ll call you Zeo. Do you like that name?” which it responded in a happy “Toto Totodile!”

BIC:Alexa left the guy alone and slowly backed away from him. She didn't want to get caught up in what he was doing. When she was far enough she went into a run. Her pokemon following close behind her.

She ended up back at the river. She stopped to catch her breath for a moment. She soon headed off along the river. There was a clearing ahead of them with a huge lake in the middle.

"Wow"said Alexa

There was an abundance of pokemon. Mainly water pokemon but there were some other pokemon stopping to get a drink. She didn't plan on catching any pokemon yet. It seemed like there were more pokemon from Jhoto, Hoenn and Shinou than Kanto.

 

[Xinkc]

OOC: yes i did....but i think you should have posted in the cafe

IC: Xinkc pulled out a Potion to heal his injured Charizard. "Don't flinch." he told it in a caring voice. He grabbed its' bitten leg and put on some potion. "Raaawrrrrrr!!!" Ragnarok it yelled in pain as the potion cleaned and healed the wound. "Shhhhhhh...it's alright, I'm here for you." Xinkc said in another, rare caring voice as he tried to comfort and make his first Pokemon feel better.

After that was done, Xinkc looked at his new Totodile, Zeo. It was very fiesty and energetic. In a test of it's strength, he had it Water Gun a nearby tree which ended up with it's roots torn out of the ground. "This little bugger is tough, it will be a nice addition to my team." Xinkc thought with a smile.

Drew droped the skull and looked around. " I though i hered someone say something. Oh well." He said clmeing out of the 50 year old grave.

" This most have been a graveyard before all of kanto was wiped of the face of the earth." He then grabed his note book form his bag and wrote down. "Note to self, wacth my step"

He then layed down on the forest floor. " I think we should set up a camp in this spot blade."

" Sceptile." He replyed noding his head, as he climed up a tree and made himself cosey.

Drew smiled and took out his ipod, and began to sing along to one of the songs.

" Pain, with out love. Pain can't get enough. Pain, i like it rough, cuse i'd rater feel pain then noting at all."

 

[Momoko Lover]

Harlem sighed as he walked for what seemed to be hours.

"Am I ever going to find anything in this place?" Harlem asked to himself. Harlem walked a little further and noticed a river.

"Yes! A river! Finally, I can get something to drink." Harlem ran over to the river hastily.

"Hehehe, luck must be on my side today." Harlem said to himself. Harlem looked over on the other side of the river and noticed a girl.

"Who is that girl? She better not be here to cause any trouble..." Harlem tiptoed over to a bush and hid behind it and spied on the girl to see what she was doing.

"Umbre!"shouted Midnight as her ears twitched

"Mystic can you translate?"asked Alexa kindly

"Okay"replied Mystic"Sis says she heard something"

"Where to?"Alexa asked

Midnight turned towards were the noise had come from. It was on the other side of the river. She turned to Mystic and she teleported them to the other side. She went over to the bushes to see a guy hiding there.

"Stalker!"she shouted as she hauled him from the bushes.

She punched him in the face and he fell down on the ground. She stormed off angered at the guy.

Daniel lay back in the long, soft plushie grass, listening to the sounds of the waterfall crashing down in to the lake as the sun shone on to his face through the tree tops of the Kanto forest. Dotaitos was busy scuffing his face in the ground. Dotaitos had been grazing in the grass but would usually like to browse in thick bushes in search of ripe berries and leaves. He occasionally grunted as he rubbed his face in the dirt.

"Ah, he seems happy" said Daniel as he sat up and looked of at is pokemon,Dotaitos. Daniel was about to put his head back down to sleep when a noise came from the forest. It was a sort of sound that happens when large pokemon travel through the forest. Dotaitos was to busy and didnt relize anything. Daniel, being the adventurous sort slowly stood up. He took a few small steps towards the tree's not getting too close. Suddenly, three large pokemon came up and reared there heads. One turned its large head back and made a call. More came out as they all walked towards the river. One of them, the largest one, rose its head above the others. "Kangaskhan" it called.

Daniel turned around to walk away, he was still a bit shakey. He turned around to be greeted by a large Kangaskhan on all fours walking up to him. The kangaskhan had most likely feared of Daniel and had decided to attack him. The kangaskhan stood up on to two feet and raised its fist. At this point, Dotaitos relized, and charged the kangaskhan. "Dotaitos" dotaitos shouted as he hit the kangaskhan with all of his body weight. The kangaskhan instantly hit the floor. "Dotaitos, give it a solarbeam" ordered Daniel. Dotaitos nodded his head and began charging then quickly released it all on the kangaskahn.

The kangaskahn seemed like it had little lft in the tank. Daniel whipped out a pokeball and launched it at the kangaskahn. Kangaskhan was taken inside the ball. With no energy left, there was no way it would escape. The light on the ball went off. Daniel, kept quiet and picked up the pokeball. He gathered his stuff and hopped onto dotaitos's back. The two quickly left the pack of kangaskahn.

Jacob ran out of the door of the pokemon centre, with Petal and Frost following behind, they looked around the strange new pokemon was gone "Darn it!" Jacob said, forst looked disapointed, he was geared up for a battle, Jacob noticed his pokemons disappointment, "Don't worry-" He said as he took out his map of the old kanto region "-we'll find some more in the safari zone"

As he enter the safari zone, Jacob spotted numerious pokemon (that were new to him), he wandered around for a while desiding witch ones to catch, *Hrrm which should i catch frist a tauros or a venomoth* Frost suddlenly stopped and began growling at the bushies, Jacob was wondering what was up when a chansy wandered on to the path, Jacob gasped in shock, even though he did know a lot of kanto pokemon he knew that chansys were really rare, he grinned "Frost icebeam!" frost fired a blue beam at chansy striking it in the chest and freezing it's egg. "Chan!" the egg pokemon tired to run but Jacob ordered a grass whistle off Petal, the fresh green pokemon began to sing and chansy walked a few steps before falling other. It was sound a sleep, Jacob tossed a pokeball at it. The ball woobled twice before chansy escaped *Dang it still needs to be weakened* "Leafia bullet seed! Frost ice fang" Both attack hit the sleeping pokemon, waking it up, it tired to run but Jacob threw anthor pokeball at it. The pokeball wobbled a few time's then stopped and clicked, Jacob grinned and walked over to collect his latest capture.

 

[Razor Shiftry]

‘Bugger, bugger, BUGGER!!!!’ thought Jack as he ran as fast as he could. He had been wondering around Kanto for a month now and had ended up in the old Safari Zone, and while wondering around, had accidentally disturbed a herd of, now very angry, Tauros that were no chasing him. It was Breeze’s fault really, but still accidental. She had been curious, so from Jack’s hidden position, fluttered over to one of the wild bull pokemon and sat on his head. Not liking this, the Tauros began shaking his head but Breeze clung on. Eventually, Breeze had let go and flew back to Jack with an angry Tauros following. A quick scuffle with Blaze and a thrown pokeball had sorted out that problem.

But sadly another Tauros had seen the battle, and had made a loud roar, alerting the others of their presence. And now Jack was running for his life with Blaze running next to him and Breeze flying behind him. Luckily, Jack had a small head start but now that was looking none existent and the Tauros’ were literally on his tail.
‘Blaze!’ shouted Jack in between breaths, ‘run ahead…then turn around…and attack the front runners…’ Blaze briefly nodded and ran a little faster, using his powerful leg muscles, ran ahead and, after about 20m, stopped, turned around and let off a barrage of fireballs at the leading Tauros’ from his hands. Jack breathed a sigh of relief. But only a small one. There were still the rest of the herd chasing him. Jack jumped over a log to see a teenager picking up a pokeball in front of him. Jack managed to say – ‘RUN!’ to the teen before dashing past him with his pokemon following…

[Miss Rarity]

Damien was walking around the shores of the beach while his Gengar levitated behind him. Damien started overturning rocks and looking in seashells. “I haven’t seen a thing since we got here…” Damien said while looking in a seashell. “Kekekekeke… Gengar Gengar” Gengar replied and started helping him with his search.
They searched and searched but couldn’t find a single thing… “Oh come on! We’ve been searching for like 5 hours and we haven’t found a single thing!” Damien said while turning over a rock. Gengar nodded and fell onto the sand. “I guess we should rest for a while.” Damien sat onto to the soft sand and stared off into the horizon “I wonder what kind of things will see in the ‘New Kanto’” Damien said while Gengar stared at the sky.
“Goldeen! Goldeen!” a Goldeen said as it leaped out from the water as the water droplets cascaded onto it making it look very beautiful. “The minute we stop looking something appears!” Damien said as Gengar leaped up off of his back and looked at the Goldeen with Damien. About fifteen Goldeen and one Seaking appeared out of nowhere from the ocean and they started spraying water at Damien and Gengar.
“Ahh! Escape plan beta!” Damien shouted as he jolted up from the sand and started to run. Gengar stared at him with a confused look on his face. “…. We never did create a plan Beta did we...” Damien said. Gengar shook his head and moved out of the way of an incoming water pulse attack.
“Well just turn into a shadow and dart away from this mess!” Damien said while barely dodging another water pulse. Gengar nodded quickly and transformed into a blanket of shadows. The shadow wrapped its tentacles around Damien and enveloped him with darkness as he sunk into the ground. The shadow sank into the ground and grouped into a puddle of darkness. The shadow puddle darted away from the shoreline and into a nearby meadow.
Damien and Gengar rose from the shadows and regained their shape. “That always makes me dizzy…” Damien said holding on to his head and then falling to the ground. “Well at least we know that this place isn’t deserted…” he said wiping some sand off of his jacket. Gengar rolled his eyes and started to walk away. “Hey wait for me!” Damien said as he got up from the grass.

Drew had fallen asleep for about an hour when he was awken buy a some noises. He opened his eyes and looked over beside him. There he saw a small monkey pokemon diging though his bag.

" What do you thing your doing?" Drew said pick it up buy the back. " cool it's an aipom."

"Aipom!" It said slaping Drew in the face with it's tail.

" Ow! What the!?" drew yelled, rubing his cheek. " Get it sceptile! use bullet seed!"

Sceptile did so and rapitly fired at aipom, hiting it seven times. The aipom tried to run but it was no use.

" Finsh it off with leaf storm!"

The attack knocked out aipom and drew threw a pokeball at it, captering it.
