Hm...

You have to evolve them...else they will die pretty easily...and they wont do much either. A squirtle with Ice Beam wont kill Dragonite...You should use an Articuno

ok Ill trade in my other Venusaur and Blastois there parents since I used them to breed these guys and I did this in my hoenn game but I used sceptile and Mudkip and Torchic I won and I won easily

Just a few Pointers. But! your whole team could do with a restructuring. Less STAB moves on Some (bulba etc) and Fearow isn't that good, Strong Yes, But only good For Flying attacks ( I know, Mine is Lv 75) so Diversify a little. Cover More types
