This game, made by SNK, features more than 40 fighters, with returning ones such as Duck King. It is currently in arcades in Japan, but I think it'll be here in the States sometime this year.
To tell you something, I spotted one of them in an arcade, here in London. It's not the English version so I think the arcade guys bought it on Import.
I haven't played it for two reasons:
1. I'm not very good with joysticks.
2. Someone else on playing it... and he's good! O_O
Another piece of information I can give is that you can visit youtube.com, type in 'King Of Fighters XI' to search for the battle videos and trust me, they are good ones.
