Modest is the best Nature for it. Adamant and SP. Moves should never be mixed.

depends if youre using it for BF or not. i dont see why you should have rain dance, as kingdra's speed is pretty high as it is.

use rain dance to: further boost kingdra's water moves, and make it so you don't have to use any EVs in speed. (with a no EVs, a 31 IV and a neutral nature, you have enough speed to be faster than max speed jolteon after a rain dance.)

also, with rain dance in effect it only takes 1/8 damage from fire moves.

But only if you really want to use dragon dance. I prefer my kingdra to be a special sweeper since it is a water pokemon.

If you want a special sweeper go with

Rain Dance

You don't have to use lum berry but since it will go to sleep it will just wake up ready for your next turn. So you can kick a**! I love Kingdra!

if you have rain dance, what's the point in using agility? rest in that last slot, considering kingdra's amazing defenses and lack of weaknesses.

no point just another option if he wanted to. Rest is the best tho.
