Kingdra Moveset

My brother is going to add a kingdra (eventually) to his team and I'm wondering what would be a good moveset for him? I know Ice beam is a must. Anything else?

Also, Dragonbreath is made pointless because with Stab it reaches the same power as Ice Beam has with no Stab, and Ice beam can beat more things, while Dragonbreath only beats Dragons.

I would also add Chesto Berry/ Lum Berry for the Rest thing so it will wake up when it is fully healed.

For in-game, use this:

Kingdra@Lefties
Dragonbreath
Surf
Ice Beam
Hidden Power- Any non Water/Ice/Dragon Special Type

For Hidden Power:
HP Fire for Pseudo Flameclaw, HP Electric for Pseudo Bolt-beam.

Meh. It's doesn't need rest in-game, you got potions for that. Rain Dance is uneeded once you get it to Lv.100, because you would be able to outrun most of the lower-level Pokemon you see all the time in-game.

Lum Berry is useful since it can't afford to be paralyzed.

Dunsparce, Rain Dance is a neccesity on Kingdra. Also, like Fighting_master said, Ice Beam does more than STAB Dragonbreath. Only benefit from Dragonbreath would be paralysis, and given Rain Dance, you don't really need a paralyzed opponent. Parahax would be the only benefit.
