Hello everyone!I was wondering what makes Kingdra a dragon type?I dont really see much dragon in it.I can understand the water type part since its a seahorse and they live in water.

Well, what makes Flygon a ground type?
What makes Sneasel an ice type?
What makes Shelgon a dragon type?

These are just some of the many odd type assignments of Pokemon. Although the main reason Kingdra is a dragon is that Horsea and Seadra are the 'Dragon' Pokemon, and GSC needed a new dragon type.

2 Reasons
1. It has a dragonish head
2.What do you expect with a dragon scale usedfor the evo.

Flygon is the spirit of the desert, and desert generally refers to the hot one with sand, AKA sediments (rock fragments)

Sneasel is considered ice bacause of it's climate, I think.

Shelgon evolves from/into dragons, so does that count?
