stick with Dragonbreath for paralysis. HP is hard to get in game. HP Electric is up there because it covers more types than Dragonbreath/HP Dragon. Just like HP Flying and Aerial Ace in game, you might want to stick with the non-hidden power counterpart

That's your Kingdra. We're talking about charizardblaster's Kingdra. If your Kingdra has 65+ power on HP Dragon, then yes, you can use it, but DB is better IMO

Go with Dark Ezra's first set with a Mild nature and DD is an alternative to Rain Dance. If you want EV's, 252 Sp. Att., 178 Speed, 80 Att.

Dragon dance are useless when u do not have physical attack for Kingdra , I prefer this .
