Kirby: Right Back at Ya!

Can anyone fill me in about this anime? The only thing I know about it is that it has 100 episodes so far and is one of only two remaining anime shows based on a Nintendo mascot (the other being, of course, Pokemon). I'd like to know what it is about.

P.S. Is Yoshi really Kirby's rival/enemy in the anime?
