Really and truly
o_O One of the main rules of spriting: don't stretch/skew any sprite in any way. It completely messes it up, and looks very strage. Plus the outline gets ruined in many parts. >>

Anyways, this isn't too bad, but it just needs some more shading. Not a whole lot more, but just to make the fact that it is rounded and all more prominant. Lots of shadows are casted by overlapping body parts, like the arms and feet on the body, and she chin on its chest (right now its head just goes right into the body).
the outline and outline shading is pretty good, and I don't think you really need to worry about it looking so short- Pikachu was a lot rounder and less skinny in the older games. I think Pikachu are letting the populatiry go to their heads, so they're all trying to loose weight. :3 Silly rats.

The pikachu is podgy. Why in the name of sanity have you resized them?
Future advice: don't!

Your revamps would like some black otulining to give them more shape. :) You have the placing of the shading correct; you just have to shape it and make it look more natural a bit better.

Also you need to work on the outlines. One example is where there's a half-corner (or a bit that looks like an L without a bit connecting the two lines) point on one of Ninetail's tails which makes it look odd.

Tastes like chicken!
The revamps are good, just remember not to resize it and maybe shade it in a bit more. The devamps good as well.
keep up the good work!

K well for starters... Your outlines are choppy. Try to find your own style. Example.

Notice what colors to use for the outline and what places to put them? But sometimes even that formula may not work. Notice the Eevee on my sig? In some places you have to decide where to put black/dark colors. Otherwise it will look to light.

You save it as jepg... don't even use that with sreencaps >< You ALWAYS save sprites/pixel stuff as png. There are of LOADS other saving files. But png is the best for that kind of suff. The ody looks VERY flat. And the out line is choppy.

Here are 2 more, Ninetales and Butterfree

K I thing the first Pika was a mistake. These are saved as png. But you can resize, but not like that.

MS Paint>Image>strech/screw>put EQUAL numbers. ex. to make it twice it's size, 200 200. But the last two boxes are for who know's what. And also when you do resize your sprite, you have to re-do shading, out line and other such.

The revamps themselves are good, but Butterfree's wings have very light shading. usualy it has all shades on it when shading.

Ok than forget the Ninetales, Butterfree, and other Pikachu

Looks more like recoloring from here. And the whole outline is black. I don't remember G/S/C sprites only having a black outline.

Overall, 4/10
