This is a tremendous piece of work you have fabricated. The banner is vastly well-done and your choice of colors and font style compliment it further. Its not often that you will see a banner that has a font that matches the background and blends in rather than stand-out. The only flaw that I could point out is Kurenai, herself. While your background is superb, it appears that Kurenai doesn't fit in, exactly :/ She is too calm and serene, whereas your background depicts that of action and movement. I would suggest blending her in a little more into the background, while keeping some of her more defining detail (eyes, nose, hitai-ate, face, and mouth) as your main focal point. Just keep the hair that frames her face distinguishable and blend the rest into the background is what I'm referring to.
