(((Kuwabara Kross)))'s Cel-Shaded Animated D/P Sprites

[(((Kuwagata Kross)))]

These are my first sprites, I decided to make the D/P sprites look cel-shaded and animated...this is not a request thread but please rate my sprites...thanks!

The Scizor is wierd; The grey thing/attack and the "almost exploding" leg just dont look good(What's the point of them anyway?). You changed one of his scissors and made it look fat. Not good at all.

The Weavel animation is just simple. Nothing special about it.

The Munchlax animation makes no sense at all. The only thing what's good about it is his face...what is he actually doing with his legs?

Lucario looks not bad. Just a colour change. But the movement to the other sprite is a bit too "hard",
it looks like you've missed a piece.

The Geodude and the Buizeru are the best ones.

Your sprites look too much rushed(excluding Buizeru and Geodude). You should take more time to create different stances and stuff. Make logical animations, do not just animate things.

I agree the Munchlax one is really stupid but the Scizor one was intended for him to be a steel pokemon made of steel then become alive or something like that...the Weavile one was just it stretching it's arm and the lucario one is kinda missing one yeah I know...but from a first time it isn't bad is it?

It isnt bad for a first time, but you can see that it was your first time/one of your first tries. My advice to you is, that if you want to improve or get better with those animation things, you should improve your spriting skills and start with something easy. I mean making an animation out of one sprite without any other sprite, where you can see different placed body parts, is pretty difficult. You could start with easy revamps of the crystal animations; like this one(made by myself). And after you improved your spriting skills, you could try something more difficult like for example something similar to this.I used the Crystal Sneasel animation and changed it to Manyula.

Animated sprites have a lot to do with spriting skills, keep that in mind. (Good at spriting= different stances = good animation)

The best is Buizeru, no mistakes, but my favorite is Lukario. Good Job!

i think they are pretty good animations, but you should pay more attention to the shading. It would look much better if you used more colors. But i have to say, the Buizeru is really cute and the animation works well with it. Keep up the animations.

Dude...what I do is I get the sprites, change 'em in an order of a movement and use a sprite animator program I googled...

Aw, man, the evolution one was definately the best. Nice and smooth, not to mention neat. Very neat.

The Solrock sucks, the eyes move too much down and the body doesnt move "with" them(besides that it would never have his eyes THAT wide open).

You didnt take your time with the Salamance at all. You just copied and pasted his head but didnt adapted his neck to it.

What is Misty doing? It looks like she waved her arm very fast and this is the slow motion version of it...

The other(new) ones are good but simple(especially those from Pokesho). The evoltution is the best of the new ones and the Brock animation is nice too(though you forgot one balck spot on the Poliwrath one...).

Take your time doing an animation, it's not about how many you make, it's about how they look like.
