its really cute. Though where the red is glowing around the ears it looks more like its coloring out of the lines. And the bangs should be a bit longer and flowy. But i'm not a proper art critique. But i really like it ^_^

I love the tiny details you've put in this piece...the glow on it's "symbols" are also magnificent.

However, the only thing that bothers me is the hair...it doesn't look too natural to me.

It's very good, but you've coloured out of the lines on the ears, so it looks like a red glow. Or maybe it should be that way?
