Nice job. You need an italic description after Hydro Shield's effect. When is the damage reduced, before or after WK/RS?

dude that is awesome. btw that mistake you noted is not actually a mistake, if it doesnt specify it means before, there are a lot of cards that dont specify before or after. its true.

1 problem though you spelt defending as defefending :p

I can't believe I missed it. "Defefending." v_v

So let's see here. The word "card" isn't needed in Gloomy Sheet's effect.

This time you don't need the italic description in Mystic Wave's effect, because you are still in the stage of figuring out the base damage.

On a side note, the Weakness looks like it might be placed a little too high, but maybe it's just because of this horrid monitor. It doesn't handle dark colors very well.

after studying those cards for a next minute i noticed that u put the same artist on both of those cards so which means u didn't draw those cards or u did, if u didn't please but the real artist and don't take the glory of something u didn't do!

another awesome fake but its attack is a little underpowered for a stage 1 ex make it 70+ imo.

I have two nicknames, Eindhoven and Jeel, the cards are done by my own. Jeel is the same nick I use on msn (you can look in the profile).

1 thing wrong w/ Rocket's Milotic. Like Rocket's Persian ex, it should evolve from Rocket's Feebas.

The art on both of these cards are amazing. Kyogre EX is powerful, but not too powerful as to be cheap. I'd have to say the same for Rocket's Milotic EX. Well, great job on both of these cards!
