Kyogre or Mew? Which would you pick?

I'm trying to find out which pokemon is better than the other. Mew or Kyogre?
Also do the rating... the star thing.

i dunno about strength and stuff, but as a popularity contest, mew is a cwl floating cat thing that has psychic powers where as kyogre is just a big whale, which is still pretty cwl but i just prefer mew

Kyogre for Modest with High Sp Attack.

Mew for HM Slave/Contests.

Mew, it can learn any TM or HM also it's just plain awsome.The onley HMs Kyogre can learn are surf, waterfall strengh, and, dive...boreing...

Mew, it has an awsome movepool, awsome Stats, and it's SO STINKIN' CUTE!!!

Kyogre has supreme power, but it's extraordinarily predictable and only good for special attacks, so it can get walled when you're not careful.

With Mew, on the other hand, no opponent will have any idea what to do to defend against it until they test it out with Protect or Substitute or something similar. Even once they figure it out, it can still do mixed offense really effectively, or just hit Explosion as a last resort, so it's not like one Pokemon can stop it dead cold.

Depends on the team. If your pokemon has Thunder everywhere, then go Kyogre. If its for novelties/surprises, go Mew

Mew for an unpredictable uber Psychic type if you are lucky enough to own one, or Kyogre for a special-sweeping uber Water type that isn't particularly hard to obtain. I'd go for Kyogre.
