Hi, whats a good decent lvl to battle kyogre =/?
so far i got a marshstomp lvl 34 and a lvl 31 pikachu

I'm thinking I beat Kyogre at like 36-40 or so. And recruited it on my 2nd try. It's recruitment rate is actually pretty good at %50.

Heh, I got Kyogre on my first try...

I was in My Early 40's and late 30's when I beat him. So level up 4 or 5 levels. I got him today XD at lv 62.... but I havent tried to get in in about 2 weeks.

If you bother to train up to the 70's (I don't know why some one would take the time) then just bring that level 70 pokemon and keep whipping it's tail until it wants to join.

I went there with a lv 40 raichu and got him on my first try.

I went there with lv41 Blastoise and lv38 Typhlosion and I got him on my first try

Just make sure your party isn't over two stars in size, because that took me forever to realise that so I could actually get Kyogre xD;;;;

I got it in the low 40's, so once you are in that area you should do fine.

Just thouht I'd add Kyogre is Lv25 (I befriended it with a Lv32 Feraligator and a Lv30 Absol).

I would atleast evolve marshtomp to swampert first.

I got to Kyogre once but he didn't join me. But now My team always faints because of some Ice attack. It is best if you recruit Zapdos first, it is on Lv.45 and it can help out in the dungeon but say farewell to him (send it back to it's friend area and battle Kyogre) before the 40th floor. I don't bother trying to get him due to the wild pokemon that live at the higher floors.

I was around 35 when I beat him, so you should have an easy job. Requit zapdos and use him to fight through all 39 floors and say farewell to him and switch to Pikachu. He's easy so it should go well. Bring some revivors just incase.
