I was playing XD and my teddiursa kept picking up things so I went to check to see what else it could pick up, and found no guide 
. i don't know if Pick-Up works in Colo, but I'm positive it works in XD. So far I have this
-Antidote
-Burn Heal
Those are the only two XD items I've ever picked up, if it helps write a list of it or w/e. I havn't really beaten XD, so I can't test to find the rest or I would post a full list. So basically just saying that the site is lacking an XD pick-up list
