The Gulpin Devamp has too many colors,

GSC is only allowed 2 colors + Black and WHite, I see 2 shades of yellow on the feather, and the normal Green.

One more colour = no devamp. If you're not making it fit in, then it's not a devamp; it's just taking away colours and shading. The amalgamations aren't the nicest. CP everywhere, not much reshading has been done to them after. THere are massive black patches in the Mewtwo one. The Piplup doesn't look right. And the Marshtomp thing doesn't look right with 4 arms.

Pipicuno is decent looking, but also very lazily made. You just stuck some Articuno wings and a crest on it. The wings don't look attached to the body, either.

Mewoxrai is very oddly recoloured on the parts where you put in Darkrai, especially the strange looking, glitchy top.

Magneray has way too many of the same magnet sprite used all over the body.

Why does the Meowth/Marshtomp has four arms? That just looks weird.. as if it's mutated or something. It has way too many parts sticking out.

The gulpin devamp is not a devamp at all. It has six colours, or maybe even more.. and it hasn't been restyled at all either.

Yeah, I don't think Shyamin looks that great either. Phione looks alright, but not great. it's eyes are way too black.

Try using a GS sprite as an example, 2 main colors with the addition of black. Most shades in the GS era use dithering, the checkerboard pattern. If anyone can continue with what I mean with additional tips that would be great, I kinda have to get off, school -_-'

A Gold/Silver/Red/Blue/Yellow/Green game can have a maximum number of 6 in each sprites. You can add a single shade of red to phione's eyes(or what ever the color is)

GSC Devamps can have four colours - black, white, and two from the Gameboy Colour pallette. RBY Devamps can have four colours - black, off-white, and two specific colours from the Gameboy Colour pallette.

And by remaking, do you mean removing all the previous sprites that got critique and replacing them with new ones in hopes that people will have no suitable questions about them, or making it more orderly?

Sort of. I'm keeping the newish ones from this year. I will remove the older ones. The older ones I will remake and after remade I will repost the older ones that got critique. Don't try to say I'm just removing them because they got bad critique because I am posting them back.

your spiritomb pot (or whatever its called), lotad and skarmory amuses me a lot, unlike many other splies, it is not c+p, it has great shading and is very imaginative

yes, as you said, he outline on your giraloom isn't very good, I don't know if that's because of the glow or not, but keep up the good work :p

Er.. not to come of as a jerk but it seems that all he did was C+P with a bit of recoloring, I mean I'll be honest it seems as if he took 5-8 minutes with it.

The other splices are great, your improving a lot, the gallade/ scizor splice seems a bit messy near the arms and the head is a bit ill proportioned. For the glow on the girafarig, try making is less thick.
