To build on my last comment. A good test would be to see how much the new server can hold just after the pokemon sunday announcement. The website will most likely be flooded.

Its been a pest but not much of a threat to me. Every time it lags I just come back later, which eventually makes me forget what I was going to do for later....

Over 80,000 last time I checked. And really, can't we just delete old accounts that haven't been active in years? Sure it doesn't look great if we see a dramatic decrease in registered users, but wouldn't that help quite a few things if we get rid of excess clutter?


edit;; damn, over 90,000. Seriously, I bet at least a couple of thousand are permanently inactive accounts.

I bet at least 10,000 are inactive accounts. Yay, lag has decreased! The difference in lagtime now than a few years back is wonderful!!! =] And perfect timing for adding a new server - they'll be mighty full on the 10th regarding the Pokemon Sunday announcement. Thanks a heap! =]
