tell me more about justifying the sexual objectification of children

you blatantly watch/look at loli hentai lmao

First for the post of all i want to sa i agree with malanu if i was a parent and had a child i woudln't like a grown man look at my kid's body like it was a sex toy.
Also i must admit it is illegal for people to abuse and hurt little girls/boys.I am against it.
So only if people watch completly non-real porn of kids it should be legal since nobody is harmed and it is completly fictional/fantasious.
and btw yes i do sometimes enjoy of loli hentai, note that i am 13 years old so i'm not that old to be consider pedofile.
And also your signature GIF is very funny lol

ok so just some facts about this bill... so its an amendment to an existing thing about child porn. now this amendment wants the service providers to store information for one year. now if you are afraid of the government using it for other purposes, they cannnot legally obtain the information unless your part of a criminal investigation. sooooo if you dont want the government to see what your doing, dont commit a crime that requires them to track your online information. now the reason for the recording keeping for a year is so they can just get permission view your history instead of getting permission to start monitoring for the illegal activity they are searching for

Nothing as blatant (or funny!) as your example. And how should they do this investigation? Yes there needs to be procedure followed, but there also needs to be flexibility so they can assess a suspect quickly.

They should do this investigation through the same channels they have used over the past few hundred year. By carrying out police work. Gathering evidence on suspects and not assuming that everyone is. There is flexibility already, available via wiretap and other means.

And you think this is something that just started happening? We haven't had really had privacy since the 60's! What make you think It matters to me if they investigate every month? "Nope Malanu is still a law abiding citizen and still watching busty belles porn!"

You should care because the idea of some faceless individual prying in your **** for no good reason is morally abhorrent. The privacy point is semi-worthwhile, but what we're talking here is a whole new level of invasion.

Or it could theoretically protect those same millions. *shrug*

That's not an argument, that's just a cop-out. Following this logic, if we ban poor and black people from having children, we can protect millions of people from street crime. Anyone else up for it? You bring the guns, I'll rustle up some burning crosses/nooses.

I guess that's just a question on how safe someone wants to be Sno? I'm sure there will be a point where I would say "No further" I just haven't heard it yet

Again, this goes along with the logic that we'll be any more safe if these people have access to all the information in question, whereas in actuality the information to prevent all the major terrorist attacks (in the western world) of the past decade and a bit have been available to the policing authorities in all the countries affected.

Not at all. It brings me back to my "Whatcha got to hide point?" though. Because if I'm not doing anything wrong, Why would I care if someone looks? Yeah the price(taxes) would suck! As for freedom of press, I support it to an extent. If their report would jeopardize the security of an operation then the report should be withheld till such a time that the operation is done.

So, to clarify, you're endorsing tax rises so that hundreds of millions of innocent people can be investigated by people they don't even know?

EDIT: Apparently Lamar Smith is white. That was a surprise.

you are getting your rocks off to depictions of human children

?????

No, i do not watch lolis, i watch normal hentai but i am just saying what should and shoulnd't be illegal.
Also Lolis is a hentai way of depicting either chibis or young adorable porn of anime. I don't know what loli stands for but maybe for the "lol" you get at them.

>young adorable
Is usually a description of children. Just because they don't exist, doesn't mean it's right. The term "Lolicon" comes from Vladimir Nabokov's novel, Lolita. In it, a professor starts having a sexual lusting (and eventually, a sexual relationship) with a 12-year old girl named Dolores. It's quite twisted.

Ok but those ways are slow and out dated. From my understanding this allows the authorities to see the stuff you are already doing/have done in the past vs having to start from square one and investigate from scratch. It's a leg up for law enforcement.

Hey... I'm over 40. I have someone digging around in my backside twice annually! As for the invasion, you are putting the cart before the horse Sno. Will it happen to everyone, probably not.

If you wanna make it an argument of emotion I can win that, cause I don't care much for unseen faces. So if the poor, drug addicts and homeless were prohibited from having children I could live with that... I'd even support it! As of right now that kind of law would AFFECT MY DAUGHTER as she is presently earning below the poverty level. Retro actively we might not have been allowed to have my daughter when we did, but we did work 4 jobs to support our family so I'm not sure.

Well just having the information won't amount to squat if we don't have the green light/guts to act upon it when we have it. I'm a full fledged supporter of sending in BlackOps to waste known terrorists/bad guys/drug lords, but to many citizens are squeamish and can't support the hard choices.

So, to clarify, you're endorsing tax rises so that hundreds of millions of innocent people can be investigated by people they don't even know?
Nope. I never said I'd support a tax hike, I just say that if you got nothing to hide you should have nothing to fear. It's just that simple Sno. I'm not afraid of big brother smashing down my door and dragging me off, cause I don't do anything to give em a reason to. That may not have always been the case, but I am much more mature than when I was making stupid choices.

Not sure if you know this but lolicon and chibi are two completely different things. Lilicon literally means attraction to underage girls, they're drawn in pereveted like scenes for pedobears. Chibi in most senses is just characters drawn the super-deformed art style in funny exagerated scenes or situations.

tl;dr anyone who tries to justify lolicon in a japanese sense is a sick ****.

I just say that if you got nothing to hide you should have nothing to fear.

That's right guys. Even if you're innocent, you don't deserve any kind of privacy. You're guilty until proven innocent.

Guess they don't make military vets like they used to.

God, hearing about this stuff is an absolute insult. The American government is just assuming that everyone on the internet who has the chance to will try to watch child pornography. I agree with someone else's past post that the government are looking at us as if we are all guilty until proven innocent. This may actually come into effect as it is a difficult question to deny. There may be more revolutions against it or a civil protest but either way, there will be uproar over this whole thing. Whether it gets put forward will annoy privacy-concerned people or if it doesn't, it will have politicians questioning what has happened to America. I don't want to hear or state much on this as it has not been greatly handled. But if it is affecting normal websites like wikipedia and google, which I use frequently, then boy am I am probably hundreds of other users will be angry at this. Truly, with things such as the economy falling with countries such as Italy and Greece falling into their own ruins, and these actions that are causing uprising, the next year really doesn't look like a good one. What is interesting about that? It is 2012, the year where everything is set to end. Boy do our government leaders look set to have their own fights on our doorsteps. Hopefully this won't end up like another wall street crash-like crisis...

I don't believe that this bill is really about protecting children. The sad fact is that the government actually allows known pedos to work closely beside children -it's about givving them the chance to feel like they can help the society. Most end up re-offending. To make things worse parents aren't even informed about these pedos because it goes against their privacy lol. So if this really was about protecting children then they would stop that too. Pedo's should be named and shamed. However they should just keep an eye on known pedo websites and leave the rest of us alone.

Pedofiles are actually a sexually oriented people to children, as long as they don't harm kids like putting a sexual image of a little girl BUT made out of the computer instead of a real girl that shoudln't be illegal, i mean if gays got legalised why can't pedofiles be? i mean as long as they don't harm real kids this shoudln't be illegal

Don't ever compare gays to pedo's they're nothing alike! for one thing being attracted to the same sex doesn't harm anyone but pedos can scar a child for life with their sick behaviours. Gay's aren't legalised, if they were gay marriage would be universal. Anything that supports pedos, presenting them as normal citizins, should be made illegal cos it could lead to even more attacks on children. Whether these sicko's just watch vids or actually act on their sick tendencies, we need to stop it because someone has to make those vids and some poor child will end up being exploited one way or another.

I understand hurting little girls is illegal, all i wanted to point out was that as long as no little kids get harmed and everything is in fantasies or virtual(not real) it should be legal to see images such as hentai and that. Nobody get's hurt fantasysing.

And what if one day one of them realizes that fantasysing isn't enough?
