Lapras help

I know you can get Lapras in the Union Cave, but where though? I can't find it.

For one thing, Lapras is only available one day out of the week (I believe it's Friday). Secondly, you have to go across the body of water at the far southern half of the cave to the next floor. Lapras should be there.

I could be wrong, but it's been a while since I tried for Lapras. I think that's correct, though. For sure, I know you have to go down a level.

Yes, it is only available on Fridays. And I don't exactly know how to get there but I do know it's in the basement and you need Surf.
