Umm, not too sure, but I think this would be better off in the In-Game Rates, seeing you need help for a "team".

The word tank is thrown around a lot.
Regice, Blissey, Snorlax, Cradily (with Amnesia), Slowking, Grumpig, etc are things that take special hits well.
Regirock, Aggron, Slowbro, Skarmaroy, Weezing, etc are things that take Physical hits well.

(There are loads more, but they are off the top of my head)
