I have a question on how this attack works.

I was considering giving my Ambipom it, yet what I wanted to know was does it only work if all three other moves were used while it was out there (and then reset if switched out), or, does it record the PP usage of the other three moves and once each move has been used atleast once at any time throughout the entire battle, it can be used.

Anybody now?

basically, you are only able to use the move after all the PP of the other moves are used up. its sort of like struggle, but without the recoil damage.

No, you just use each move once and it will work.

You could give your Ambipom only Fake Out and Last Resort as its moves. I've fought one like that, even though Ghost-types and anything with Normal-type resistance just walks all over it.

No, its only when there's no attacking moves left.
