Latias: too many special attacks?

I have a Latias for the Battle Frontier. Can you rate it? I can't get Soul Dew to let ya know.

Do I need some Physichal attacks? I would have posted this with Ningask but I forgot. ;380; Lati Lati Latias La? (Will you help me?)

Why do I need Calm Mind and Recover? Oh and I'm trying to design a moveset that can defeat Anabel. I'm not sure if Calminding and Recovering well win. My other pokemon are Swampert and one of the following: Ningask, Pikachu, Glalie, Ninetails

Anabel? I used Blaziken, Salamence, and Latios. EV trained.
Anyway, Calm Mind is to increase Latias' Special attack since it is kind of low and Recover to heal while getting hits.

Did the definiton of low change because I assure you base 110 is not low.

Latias doesn't need any physical attacks since it has bad attack and a decreasing nature.

Since when does Latios have low Specail Attack?

Not low but you get that-just increasing it makes the chance of getting more damage better. Compared to Latios I meant.
