Latios and Latias in Emerald

I am beat E4, but I can't find Latios.
Where is it

They appear randomly all over Hoenn, but personally, I think Latios and Latias are better found on the water.

Here is a tiny guide for you:

1. Travel around the land near Lilycove and Fortree until you see it once,
have a level 35-40 pokemon as your first.

2. Once you find it, hit it so it wont faint(He/She will run away)

3. Get a Wobbuffett, a ton of Ultra balls and Hyper Potions.

4. Then go to the sea area rigth after Lilycove, save here.

5. Check your pokedex, go all the way down and you'll see the lati, see it's area, if it's the same where you are, just move around. If not, restart(or FLY and return) and check again. Repeat this until you have it.


Note: The Lati moves everytime you move to another area, or enter a battle
And when you use FLY he/she will will jump A LOT.

Go to the sticky Absol provided. It's random where you'll encounter them.
