Latios/Latias Help

Okay, I need some help on deciding which Latios or Latias to use for my frontier team. These are the two I already have, you can go ahead and rate them.

Tyrainitar, Hardy, Salac
Aerial Ace
Rock Slide
Crunch
Earthqauke

I chose a hardy nature so Crunch could at least do some damage. Most people don't recommend Aerial Ace... Why is that? My tyranitar's Aerial Ace did kill some Fighting and Grass types that Tyranitar was weak against.

Metagross, Adamant, Leichi
Meteor Mash
Earthquake
Explosion
Agility

This set is pretty obvious to figure out...


So what moveset a Latios/Latias can have that fits this team? These are three I already have...

Ice Beam

Latios, Calm, Petaya
Dragon Claw
Psychic
Calm Mind
Recover

Latias, Gentle, Leftovers
Mist Ball
Thunderbolt
Ice Beam
Calm Mind

Mist Ball's effect renders Ice type attack useless when combined with Calm Mind and a Gentle nature.

So, what do you think? Would a Latios or Latias suit this team better, and what kind of moveset would make them useful?

They don't necessarily need psychic......thunderbolt is a better choice IMO

the fact is, he didn't say what levels they are, and that battle frontier has 'open levels'

That is true, the Battle Frontier has the choice open levels, and all of the pokemon are at Lv. 100. Sorry for not making that clear.

For you team, the latios would work better, but the 2nd latias has good moves, except if you went to the battle frontier, you'd be hard put against the battle palace (since the battle palace is based on attacking with your pokemon's nature and pokemon with gentle natures usually want to use Defense type moves).

What happens in the Battle Palace is that Latias Calm Minds so much, when it's health is orange, it hits back with moves that have been souped up by calm mind.
