Latios or Latias?

Being an Eon Bird Trainer, I'm always trying to decide if Latios is better, or Latias. In terms of stats, they're even. Who'd be more sucessful in the Battle Frontier, though?

I wonder what people think.

I picked the blue one because according to the Emerald guide Latos' Sp. Attack is 100 and Latias doesn't have any 100 stats.


And what is an Eon Bird Trainer?

I say they are the same, even though I prefer Latios, I really don't like to train them since I hate to train legendaries.

Latias: 80 HP, 80 Attack, 90 Defense, 110 Sp. Attack, 130 Sp. Defense, 110 Speed
Latios: 80 HP, 90 Attack, 80 Defense, 130 Sp. Attack, 110 Sp. Defense, 110 Speed

Latios is better because, with that kind of speed, you'll be striking first - and thus it's better to have stronger attack than defense.

Personally, I'd pick Latios. But the Lati have equal stats, as far as I can see. I think Latios has better attacks somehow, though. Latias... It's just not good enough to me.

I chose Latios because I traded over both Lati's to my Emerald so I just chose Latios for the fun of it. But I would go go with Latios.

latias beacus shes cute and is really gd as a psycic / dragon ownage pokemon i did a test on pc and used latias vs latios and latias won by 23 hp i did this 3 times and latias won 2ce and latios won once they were both lvl 50

well it all depends which you prefer as you raise your team to be the best cause you like them so whichever is yor fav choose that for the bf it wnt really make a diffrnce

I like 'em both! I don't tend to train legendaries but the Lati are pokemon that just appeal to me-as does Lugia (and D/P's Lucario).

I like Latios better. He looks cooler, and IMO gets better moves. Although their stats are roughly the same.
