After completing the Regis, I know you've to battle with Latios in a dungeon but how exactly do you do so? I've gone on many missions and haven't found anything that would lead me to be able to acess the Latios cave. And by acess, it means a new dungeon will show up on the list and the word GO beside it.

You need to have the Surf and Waterfall HMs from the Sun Cave which is the one selected here
You need a key which is found on any level between 1 and 10. The place to unlock the key and get one of them is on Floor 15 and the 2nd is in the middle of an island surroudned by a small moat on Floor 20 so you need a water Pokémon
