What I'd like is a Battle Frontier record indicator. Just the Platinum Battle Frontier Logo, with boxes next to each of the 5 corners to put in a number showing the record streak, a two small boxes to indicate Frontier Prints (Silver and Gold).

I'm not quite sure I know what you mean, I only do banners and icons/avatars here. Also you never used the forms.

This is very good. However, could you make the moon a little bigger and more noticable =)? And put the flower the same size and position as in my current sig. Could you also take out "Intertwined" in my text? Looks awkward =/, and make the text bigger.

Sorry, that was the best I could do, the flower looked out of place when I made it like your current sig, same goes for the moon, I had to make it smaller so it fitted in.
If you weren't happy with it I'm afraid you'll need to ask someone else to do it for you. =/

You are correct. I use Adobe Photoshop CS2 to create graphics. ^^
