The team seems fine just needed some work on the movesets. I recommend Nidoking with Earthquake and Venusaur with sludgebomb since nothing is covering the electric weakness that takes out about a third of your team. Other wise it is fine.

Deleter is in Fucsia. Starmie can replace Swift with Thunderbolt or Ice Beam, buy either TM at the Game Corner Prizes. Poison Sting is 15 Base Power, EXTREMELY WEAK and lame. If you want Nidoking to poison foes, run Toxic instead. And if it is for STAB, run Sludge Bomb. Replace Poison Sting, whatever you do. Horn Attack is weak as well (Strength and Return are better for Normal moves, and Megahorn will soon be learned by level-up for coverage). Helping Hand it's worthless, because in-game, Double Battles are very uncommon. Replace it with something (Earthquake is good for STAB). You can replace Venusaur's Poison Powder with either Toxic or Sludge Bomb. Rest-Snore isn't THAT effective. Solve it (ChestoRest and Body Slam??? Relearner is at Two Island and requests 2 Tiny Mushrooms or a Big one) Everything else, OK.
