I suggest changing ALL of the same type moves as all you are getting is some extra PP and a waste of any possible strategic value from your Pokemon. You are overestimating the STAB of all of your Pokemon, it is not a mandatory requirement for an attack, especially seeing as Venusaur in particular is not a sweeper anyway. (Assuming you know what this means.) I would suggest a tank/annoyer Pokemon.
On the other hand your Heracross' moves are much more balanced, in a horribly attackingish kind of way.

My Venusaur is quite an annoyer, but it isn't the best moveset. Mine knows: Attract, Leech Seed, Magical Leaf, and Toxic. ALthough everyone says this moveset isn't very good, so wait awhile before youchange yours till you hear the best one to your liking.

try using a better set of items instad crappy ones like amulet coin, mystic water, etc. also, teleport for alakazam is a no-no. teleport is useless in bazttle. your last 3 pokemon need items, seriously. all your pokemon have redundant 1 type moves like 4 grass attacks on venusaur.
