It appears to me that you are over using certain pokemon. Unless you have a move with poor accuracy, don't do two offensive moves of the same type. Plus, you have thunder on your Raichu twice.

I'd like to see your Vaporeon take out a Grass type, so teach it Ice Beam. Other than that, there's no real problems. Your Charizard's moveset is the same as Wildfire the Charizard in my Ruby, and he very rarely lets me down. I went through most of the E4 with him, and a little help from Terra the Groudon.
